that looks more like the car equivalent of a person who has had (and keeps having) too much plastic surgery. e.g. Jocelyn Wildenstein.
rust is pretty much the equivalent of car cancer, in that as the iron oxidizes, water present hydrates it and causes it to flake off, exposing more metal to rusting.
